What did we do?
In case you didn’t manage to visit the church at Remembrance the image below is the display made up of over 2000 knitted poppies, knitted by the ladies in our craft group. The cross stood nearly 3m high and offered a opportunity for people to come and remember.
We will hopefully be returning the display next year so you will get a chance to see it in reality as it is far more poignant in person.
